The lowest temperature of 45 degrees uses about 146W when first heated, then switches to 0W when reaching the set temperature, and when it drops to about 35 degrees, it heats again using about 110~140W repeatedly. The maximum temperature of 70 degrees uses 215W during initial heating and consistently around 180~195W after reaching the set temperature. Please note that as the temperature rises, the power used to maintain it also increases, and the power consumption varies depending on how cold the room is. The set temperature is quite accurate, and the heating parts are well distributed across all areas. When viewed in thermal imaging photos, the outer part shows a lower temperature, but this is due to insulation, and the inner part is all measured at 45 degrees. Very cool mat. The cord is short, but everything else is great. It heats up to 45-70 degrees, with a timer setting from 0-9 hours. Another downside is the sensitive sensor; I couldn't switch between setting the timer and temperature the first time, but maybe it's just me.

I ordered this item to warm up my vermicomposter a bit, which is on my balcony, to prevent my worms from dying in winter, with the idea being to keep them between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius during this period. I tried it a few minutes and it works: i can feel the heat. I should try it when it's colder. But the video is misleading : there is no top nor bottom and it is not the same device. Build quality doesn't look strong. That's why i only give only 3 stars. (it is written foot warmer on the box but it is a leg warmer)
